தமிழகம், கர்நாடக மாநிலங்களில் பன்றிக்காய்ச்சல் நோய்த்தொற்று அதிகரிப்பு

இந்தியாவின் கர்நாடகா மற்றும் தமிழக மாநிலங்களில் பன்றிகாய்ச்சல் மீண்டும் வேகமாக பரவத்தொடங்கியுள்ளதாக தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.

  தமிழகத்தில் கடந்த ஒரு வாரத்தில் 13 க்கு மேற்பட்டோர் இந்நோயால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இவர்களில் இரு சிறுமிகள், ஒரு வயோதிபரும் அடங்குவர். பிற நகர்களை விட சென்னையில் மாத்திரம் 10 பேர் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

கர்நாடகாவில் கடந்த பெப்ரவரி முதல் இதுவரை பன்றிக்காய்ச்சல் நோய்க்கு 4 பேர் உயிரிழந்துள்ளனர். கடந்த 10 நாட்களில் அம்மாநிலம் முழுவதும் 41 பன்றிக்காய்ச்சலினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

இதையடுத்து பன்றிக்காய்ச்சல் நோய் அறிகுறி தென்படுபவர்களுக்கு முற்பாதுகாப்பாக டாமிப்ளூ மாத்திரைகளை வழங்க மருத்துவர்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

தமிழகத்தில் தற்போது 4 லட்சம் டாமி புளூ மாத்திரைகள் தயாராக வுள்ளதாகவும், 25,000 தடுப்பூசிகள் கையிருப்பில் உள்ளதாகவும் தமிழக பொது சுகாதார துறை இயக்குனர் பொற்கைபாண்டியன் கூறியுள்ள்ளார். எனினும் கூடுதலாக 2 இலட்சம் தடுப்பூசிகள் மற்றும் 20,000 ஆயிரன் டானிக் போத்தல்களை மத்திய அரசிடமிருந்து அவசரமாக கோரியுள்ளதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
